You can choose to have Names/Kennel names on 1, both or none of the sleeves, please make sure you enter these options carefully into the  "Order Notes" text field.

Please enter left sleeve text "," right sleeve text.

eg. " Jane, Fido" to have "JANE" on the left sleeve and "FIDO" on the right sleeve
